I have eaten at St Boni Bistro several times and have always found the food to be good, well prepared, and the staff have always been highly positive. The location of the Bistro is ideal for anyone out on the bike trail between Mound and Waconia. I would recommend stopping I'm for coffee, tea, or a whole meal. It really is a gem of a spot in the area.

St Boni Bistro is a wonderful small restaurant with fantastic food! Make sure you make a reservation a few hours ahead of time. We've been there a few times with friends and everyone loved their food.

So glad it still exists! Bikes there from Wayzata Bay this weekend. Love the vibe. Healthy menu - but hey, when did they get fries? Hubby had the quinoa bowl and I had the bacon, chicken, ranch, barbecue salad. Both were great. My only issue was jalapeños- gross - guess they were in the pico. I lived. A great destination to motivate the 26 miles round trip. Oh, and my fav trail.

Friendly service and good variety on the menu. Nice to have a veg friendly establishment out west. I'll be back.
