It's called Pizza Ranch... how about we actually put out some pizza! And while you're at it, hire competent help... there's absolutely no reason that 5 pizzas sit in the window getting cold while the buffet line sits nearly empty

Seems to be the only pizza ranch in the state affected by a straw shortage. Had a sore tooth and could barely drink which led me to nearly choking on the biscuits that were untouched for my entire visit, which was roughly an hour because you’re not allowed to be there longer than an hour. Maybe your guests wouldn’t be there so long if you wouldn’t take 30+ minutes to have fresh food out. This is also the location that will stop putting food out 1.5 hours before closing

Not what it used to be.... For years I Loved Pizza Ranch, But I think I've reached my limits! Four months ago I visited and it was a 6 out of 10. Three months ago I tried it again and it was a 5 out of 10. No fresh chicken, visibly dried pizza that did not look appetizing, and they totally spaced out my wife's pizza request (with the little table buzzer). Her pizza never did arrive and we left baffled as to what the heck was going on. Well today... well today they just lost two loyal customers. We stood at the cashier waiting... rang the little "dinger" twice before we finally got service. Two pieces of over done chicken on the buffet bucket.. four different types of pizza were available and not one of them was fresh. I could go on... Struggled through to make a plate of food, then waited, and waited, and waited for the dessert cactus bread. Well that wasn't happening. We left wishing we had just gone to Culvers and saved half our money! Do Not like leaving a Bad Review, but someone needs to get their game on @ the ranch!

My boyfriend and I were at a birthday party yesterday and the food was cold and looked like it had been sitting on the buffet for hours! The service in the party room was NON-EXISTENT, meaning no plates were cleared off the tables the entire hour and a half we were there. I'd rather spend $30 for 2 adults to eat and ACTUALLY eat rather than wasting $30 and then coming home and having to make food so we could actually eat something decent!

I think about $13 per adult, kids (I am not certian) it's $.50 - $1 per year of age, except 3 and under is free
We require all of our guests and employees to wear masks as per the governor's order, we require employees to wash hands frequently, and supply guests with hand sanitizer and gloves for the buffet. We also have a strict disinfecting regimen in place.
Pizza Ranch accepts cash, debit cards, credit cards, and Pizza Ranch gift cards. Checks are not accepted at most Pizza Ranch restaurants.
