On Sunday I ordered pizza online. I had no issues ordering and when I went to pick up my pizza I was yelled at by the gentleman ( term used loosely). He stated that online ordering was closed and most people would have stopped at closed. I stated nothing stated that it was closed. He said it said it and you just ignored it. I was berated by this man and I do not know how he got my order when he stated it was closed. I went home and checked the site and then it said it was closed and you could not order so perhaps he closed it after my order? I do not know but I could not believe I was berated for placing a pizza order. You can have your pizza and your shop I will NEVER order again nor will anyone with whom I associate. You were rude and I still cannot grasp why you could not speak to me as a human. AWFUL>

I have been ordering from TNT for about a year and a half. I used to have good experiences other than a couple people who take orders (including the owner) are just overly rude. Food quality was always good. However out of the last 5 times I have ordered I found course hairs in my food. I am talking either a beard hair or a pubic hair. I let it go twice but in a matter of two months I found a third one in a Buffalo Chix salad. I called, the owner was absolutely not apologetic at all. I will no longer be patronizing this business.
