We're infrequent visitors to KFC due to our travels. Every once in a while we're close to one the wife needs her extra crunchy KFC fix. This was a lunch stop so the order was a large spicy chicken sandwich and a three piece extra crunchy that we shared. Everything was delicious and hot.

We had the new crispy chicken it was ok but pickles and chicken don't go together in a sandwich, in our opinion. We didn't think it tasted much like the regular pieces of chicken & the fries were definitely not like other fries.

I would like to thank the manager Ron.. I had problems with my previous order.. Ron was so helpful and kind, understanding.. he replaced our whole order.. KFC Detroit lakes is about half hr away from pine point, so to do all did was very appreciated.. people like him make it worth the trip.. miigwech ''thank you'' especially to Manager Ron..

Very poor food service. We all got chicken meals. And a piece of thigh was not fully cooked and all they did was give a different piece. Didn't apologize or say anything. I will not be coming back to this KFC ever again.
