Chris at Chevy Santa Paula helped me with my Bolt EUV Premier purchase from start to finish. To say Chris is the man and you need to go see him for any car purchase is an understatement. Chris is the best salesperson I've met!! This dealership is super awesome, attentive and helpful. Izzy also helped me throughout my process and made me feel welcome and listened to all of my needs. THEY are the best at Bunnin Santa Paula!

Originally, I had an appointment for an oil change & canceled it. Then my day changed so I decided to stop by to see if there were any appointments available but there was not. The worker said I could leave my vehicle and the technicians would work it in between now 11am) until 5 pm. So, I decided to leave my vehicle & it was ready about 2 pm.

Darlene quezada at Santa Paula bunnin Chevrolet is the best today I came home with my 2022 Colorado my very first brand new truck and she helped me in everyway possible from getting me the very exact truck I wanted with good payments and even went out of her way to drive a couple hours to get my truck to me quicker she goes out of her way to keep her customers happy she even helped me shop for a new insurance so I didn't have to wait another day to bring my truck home and that is greatly appreciated as for all the staff working there all of them are polite and actually cool to be around I strongly suggest going to Chevy in Santa Paula

This dealership is an absolute joke. I brought my truck in for some transmission issues, AC not blowing cold, and a screen I was getting about the power steering system. They had my truck for 3 weeks, refused to provide me any type of rental or loaner vehicle. The transmission was getting replaced under warranty so I did get a 5 day rental from the warranty company. But I was still out of a truck for 2 weeks and subsequently lost 2 weeks of income. The manager Bruce told me "I don't care about your lost wages and that's not our problem". Well I finally went to pick up my truck. They charge $175/hour for labor supposedly so I got charged 2 hours for diagnosing a bad AC condenser and for them to plug a computer into the truck. AND that's not all. My truck was freshly painted just a couple months ago and there are several brand new scratches that appeared between me dropping it off and picking it up.
