I needed a place to take my teenager to get her hair cut. We had tried another place--one of the big chains--last time she needed a cut, and she had walked out of that place very upset that she felt that the stylist had not listened to her. Well, this was a night vs day experience, and I'm now a fan of Bebes! Patty listened to my daughter, gave her a shampoo and cut, and checked in with her verbally throughout the cut. My kiddo can be anxious sometimes, but Patty took the time to check that all was well as the haircut progressed. As a mama bear, that is HUGE. And my daughter's hair looked great! Whatever Patty did, she has magic! The business is clean and bright, and all the staff are very professional and upbeat. It seems they have a loyal customer base, too, which speaks volumes. Their parking lot--not their fault--is a little wonky, but, if all else fails, there is street parking within a few yards. I am so glad we found Bebes! Thank you, Patty, for a great haircut for my daughter!

Linda, did an amazing job! I had three different colors going on in my hair and Linda managed to make a beautiful transformation to my hair. I absolutely love it! Will definitely be coming back here again. I highly recommend this hair salon and it’s best to make an appointment:) It costed me $95, pretty affordable compared to other high end hair salons.

I don't even no where to start..... I had a horrible experience at this salon!! My original hair stylist is on maternity leave and I needed my hair done I seen a few pictures that caught my eye so I thought I would try this place what a big mistake.. I've had my hair blonde for 3 years and never had a problem till now, cendi did my hair not only did it take her 6 hours but she didn't blend my roots into the existing blonde (she said my hair would fall out if she did that) "that's funny it hasn't in the past 3 years" not to mention she burnt my head I now have scabs, the top of my ears are pealing and she burnt off my side burns!!!! She said my head couldn't take the toner "once again never had a problem" so I was left with a burnt head that is now pealing (see pealing in pictures) no side burn and my hair is 4 different colors.. she new she messed up because she kept asking others how can she fix it!! She quoted me $125 before I went in and she seen pictures once everything was done she wanted me to pay $180 she new I was disappointed so she asked me to pay $140 so her boss wouldn't say anything then she wanted me to come back a week later to fix it but wanted to charge me another $40 Not to mention she didn't wash my hair i felt like she just rinsed the bleach out the water never touched the bottom of my hair I even asked her aren't you going to wash my hair she said she did it was so ruff I thought my hair was fried once I washed it at home it felt way better.. I will never return here total waste of money and time now I have to pay double just for someone to fix it. Very unprofessional and disappointing the boss should not have allowed me to leave her salon looking the way I did. It's been one hell of an embarrassing week!!!
