Dr. was thorough, but I didn't like that they have the audacity to ask you to check in 30 minutes before appt, but Dr. shows up almost 30 minutes late. An hour wasted sitting around. Apparently this isn't abnormal because Dr. said she spends a lot of time with each patient. Appreciate that, but if I go back I will not arrive 30 minutes early.

I’ve been there no several times now and the front desk staff needs major training. The gentleman on the left side and the lady in the very front are not friendly or welcoming. You will be the only one in line and they do not acknowledge you for several mins and will then send you to the sweet girl on the right that checks in everybody. You might want to consider changing that up if they are the face of your business. Other than that, the facility is clean and The pediatric doctor we see, Dr. Nguyen is good. Lab is conveniently on site.

I don’t recommend this place for pediatric care. My daughter was scheduled for her 1 year vaccines and they did not have one in stock… never called to reschedule. Waited several minutes in line when I was the only one in line and 4 office staff at the front desk. Good thing I checked in online?!

My mom has been seeing doctor Ballard for 7 years. He is absolutely amazing. Very patient always smiling and cracking jokes to make her laugh. Anytime she goes to see him there's never really a long wait. The front desk is always so sweet and helpful. We absolutely love this place.
