Things to Bring: * HEALTH INSURANCE CARD * SOME SORT of I/D CARD * At LEAST ONE PEN Site is in front of parking lot. Pull up on Left side of Orange cones. Car or Motorcycle, wait for someone to come up to you and have Pen. Fill in questions card and website from card, do not Summit until personal tells you to. Once information is good then you'll take the test. Easy and fast, Results came in within the hour. Personal was very professional.

I can't speak for all, but this place did the job. I went around 2 p.m. and was only the second car in line. I received my rapid results in less than an hour, and the PCR test came back in less than 24 hrs.

The staff was very nice ! I got there early so I waited about 30 mins . They didn’t have any rapid tests only PCR . I went on Thursday 1/13/22 and still haven’t gotten my results , if anyone knows how to contact this company please let me know . The 1 star is because I never got my results Update 1/22/22 - just got my results back , and a link was texted to me

I would give them a 0 if I could. I was number 16 in line, waited 2 hours, and was told they ran out of tests--to come back tomorrow. Now I am not a Logistics person, but I would know to allow only as many people in that I had tests for. You would think after 1 1/2 years of this they would have it down. I hope these people don't get paid for their stupidity.
