Five Star Moving and Storage is actually worth an infinite number of stars. The communication from the moment that I reached out to get a quote up until the day of our move was top notch! I had to change our move-in date several times, as well as change what was being moved, which in turn changed the price, but Chris and Greg always took it in stride, super patient and accommodating. The morning of the move, I received a phone call from Jason and Esteban, letting me know that they were 30 minutes out. They arrived and did a walk-through, asking questions, making sure that they knew exactly what was needed in order to make this move a success. My two teenage sons also helped, which they didn’t have to mind you, but I wanted them to not just sit around and be lazy. Esteban and Jason really put in the work. The move was fast and they didn’t mess up one single thing. Very nice guys, very nice company. If you are ever going to move I would definitely, highly, without a doubt, recommend. Thank you!

When I called for a quote, someone got back to me within an hour. It was all very clear and the best price I could find. When I had questions before the move, they were very responsive again. The day before, I got a confirmation call and email. The morning of, I got a text when they were 15 min away and they arrived right on time. The movers were friendly and efficient. Nothing was damaged. I was amazed at how fast they unloaded and put back together the big pieces of furniture. 100% would use them again and recommend to others.

Fantastic! On time and professional. Our crew - Alejandro, Alvaro and Oscar were the best and super efficient with our move. Chris and Greg who handled my call were very nice and kind as well. They walked me through everything for the move, followed up a day before our move and provided an accurate quote so I knew exactly what to expect. I would highly recommend five star moving company!

My partner and I hired Five Star to handle a short distance move within the neighborhood. While they did a fast job at packing up the furniture, I understood why after it was all transported to the next home. They did a poor job in wrapping our large furniture so our desk showed up with several scratch marks on top as did our credenza. One of our potted plants arrived with the pot broken. We got $150 back in claims, which won't do anything in fixing the damaged furniture. They also were unable to get our couch through the door. While I understand that was out of their hands, one of the movers walked out on the job leaving my partner to help the other mover. My partner spent a good 45 minutes with the mover trying to get the couch through the door, which we ultimately had to ditch outside, but it didn't feel fair to have paid for a moving job when you're supporting the heavy lifting. The movers were nice but not the most professional. I would not recommend Five Star unless you're looking for a moving job thats incredibly cheap and will damage your furniture. EDIT: Upon reading my reviewing, Chris did reach out to offer more compensation for the damages, which was appreciated.
