Rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. We pay these people to help and serve us. Why do we have to be treated in a way that is condescending? Obtaining permits and scheduling inspections has never been so difficult. Blame it on COVID or not being able to get enough help. I don't buy it. Being kind and helpful should be a top priority in serving the public.

We did our ADU at our house and it was supervised by Jared. Very pleasant and nice person. Highly recommend him as a very professional and experienced person. He went in to every little detail to make sure that the safety concerns are fulfilled. It was very nice to have worked with him . Thank you so much for having so much experienced personal.

Google shows open but is closed Fridays. OK for bill paying. Clerks a little fuzzy, can't seem to do basic math or handle anything beyond "here's my bill and card." If you want to go in and are local, this can be a good place. Easy parking. But considering the issues, go online if you can.
