THE BEST in ALL of OC!! Truly a relaxing spa experience at Zen. I was so happy to find this salon about a year ago because they are not like other nail salons loud, noisy and rude. All of the women are so sweet, kind and do a great job! They are so considerate of all your needs. I see Mindy and she has helped me with my ingrown toenails. She’s been so gentle and I feel so so much better. I love coming here because the music is always calming, they offer you all the yummy drinks and it’s always a joyful atmosphere. I will ONLY come to zen even if it’s a 15 min drive for me because they do such an incredible job. I highly recommend this place!!!

They did amazing job with my feet, but the lady who did my hands was rushing and she cut me. I have never had a bad experience. My hand nails look after a week and they are chipping after 2 hours.

So clean and such amazing customer service. They give you exactly what you ask for and do not pressure or try to make an overly aggressive sale. They are fast to get to you, but take their time to focus on you and the detail of your nails right. Always such a great experience. Friendly service, went once long wait even though I had an appointment. Nail dip cracked and broke within 2 days. Within a week 6 were broken. Not sure they used the right curing. Good nail shaping. Prices comparable to other shops in the area.
