We ordered and initially sat in the back left corner of the dining room. The floor was dirty and sticky everywhere, so we moved closer to the front. We waited 25 minutes to get our food and there were two other people there besides us.....A guy brought our food to us in to go bags, even though we were clearly dining in, and said, "Sorry, I don't know if the order is right, I'm not the cook." We ordered two kids cheeseburger meals, and two number 5 combos, which was two cheeseburgers with fries. They didn't make two of the burgers plain as requested and I just had my son wipe off the ketsup, mustard, and pickles rather than wait for them to remake them. Also my son used the men's bathroom and said there was no hand soap. This was after we ate, I wanted to puke.

I got a bacon cheeseburger. Asked for no pickles saw there were pickles so I opened up the sandwich to take the pickles off and saw this. Another time I went through I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was MOLDY!!!!! Do not go here. There are plenty of good food places in staples such as subway and Dairy Queen. They may be a bit more expensive but better than paying for mold and stickers. Another time I went inside there was an employee named Jessie working. I ordered French fries and she put them in the bag accidentally spilled a few and then threw the bag of my fries on the floor like a child. Then started moving her mouth in a strange way. She then proceeded to grab me new fries and practically threw the bag at me. The employee to not shower, I have heard from a fellow employee that another employee dropped a patty in the sink proceeded to pick it up and put it on someone’s burger. #getstaplesbkshutdown #turnitintoatacobell

Just went and put in an mobile order. The lady with pink and blonde hair was an absolute A$$HOLE to us. Got up to the window and she said “Mobile odder? Okay you can go now” and shoves us our food and slammed the window… only for our food to be wrong and watch her get mad at someone else. Terrible service from her. She should be fired.

We Clearly ordered a number 1 with no onion, 2 rodeo burgers with a small fry. She didn't ask us what we wanted to drink with the number 1. I figured she just forgot and I'll tell her at the window. We pulled up to the window and I said I'll have a coke with the meal, she snapped at me and said, you didn't order a meal! I said, yes I did. she rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut! Got me a coke and slammed window shut again. We couldn't believe how rude she was. Then on top of it we did get the whopper, but no fries. We just left. This happened at 1253 pm on Friday. I hope someone from corporate sees this!
