After doing some online shopping, we decided to make the drive to PleasureLand RV in St. Cloud in search of the perfect Ice House. Ryan met us and heard every request we had. He showed us the ice houses that met our needs and fit our budget. In addition to the sales process, he put in hours of work to get our new "family addition" ready for us to bring home that same day! Ryan went above and beyond to surpass our expectations.

We worked with Jesse in internet sales, looking at a specific camper model we could only find at their Sioux Falls location. Turns out he had the exact camper in St Cloud (closer to us) but it hadn't been checked in and gone thru yet. We went up to look at on Saturday and ended up buying it! Jesse, and Greg in Finance, were great to work with, helpful, informative, and absolutely no pressure. I'm sure it helped in that we knew what we wanted and were looking for too! Overall, I've dealt with Pleasureland several times in the last 2 years and have had no issues with them! As for the camper it self we just bought, time will tell on what the quality is truly like. They aren't the manufacturer, just the dealer with no control how its built, but if there's an issue that does come up, I'm confident that Pleasureland will handle it appropriately via warranty.

Pleasureland RV (St. Cloud) was great to work with. From the manufacture rep we met at the RV show to Todd Baston, our salesman. They made our experience very pleasant. We had one issue when we got home, Todd worked with us and got a resolution the following business day. Highly recommend!
