2 women and 1 child (girl) looking for help with a battery and to put on. Gave me all kinds of excuses. Basically turned us away. I’m writing this review at the Auto Zone in North Hills on Nordoff as they are installing our battery. Ilda and David were amazing here and helped two helpless women.

All staff were too engaged with idle chit chat to direct me to the right aisle when I entered. That continued all the way through checkout and I was never greeted or asked anything, it was like I was invisible. On the positive side they did have what I came for and it was reasonably priced and there was a parking spot so I guess it wasn't all bad. Although you're lucky I gave you two stars instead of one

I had to drive my car with a low battery 🪫 until it completely died, because these guys would not replace my battery. They gave me the tools to do it myself, but I’ve never done that. The excuse was that if they did it wrong, I could but a complaint on them. Well, you got one anyway! Thank God the one on Magnolia and Van Nuys changed it out for me.

I was able to find specialized auto parts at this location. An Edlebrock 650 cfm carb and a small block radiator for a classic Chevelle.
