My wife had Covid -19 test done last year on August 4th and 19th, they did not accept our blue shield ins. so my wife paid $100 each time. I sent bill to Blue shied , they said they already paid to laboratory. somehow they collected insurance card from my wife , I went back to get refund , they said they charge $100 to collect the sample , which is ridiculous and never informed to begin with , as that lab was going to bill insurance company , I would not recommend anyone to use this company , any of their locations

I paid $125 for a 2 hour test and its been nearly 10 hrs and they havent sent anything to me via email if you needed your covid results fast go anywhere else. I tried calling and they only gave me an email to try to reach them and they haven't responded to my email either. My only option left is to drive there in person. update: its now been 27hrs with still no results or email correspondence and the first response i get besides "just wait for your results we can't help you" is only after leaving a 1 star review.

I made an appointment online - I arrived before my appointment time and was told to get in line behind all of the walk-ins who did not make appointments. I also paid $200 for 2hr results guaranteed - it’s now almost 4hrs later and I still don’t have results.

You should have received your results by now. Call them go drive down there. Make sure they have your correct email.
ID is not required for testing
We do offer 2 hour testing for the PCR it is $250.00 and you will receive results within 2 hours emailed to the email you provide.
I'm sorry, I don't know. It's mandatory through the company I work for. So I don't pay for the test.
Nope. It's 100 with insurance and 150 without. It is a private business which is why they charge a collection fee of $100
They do but they still require $100 as it is a private business
With insurance $100 and without $150
Yes. You have to pay even if you have insurance. It is $100 with insurance. $150 without insurance.
You use insurance but still have to pay 100. If you don't have insurance you pay 150
My wife used the HSA card and it worked but not sure if the HSA will ask us to pay it
