I'm always having card problems with this bank they block my card for no reason every year its the same problem I think I'm done with this bank I've had enough and it always happens in the weekend so what am I supposed to do stay at home be hungry beg for food and money when I have money in the bank im so done . This bank has embarrassed me for the last time.

My experience over the last 30+ years has been pleasant, no bank is perfect, I've had bad service from many of the major financial institutions. I chose to stay with Priority One because they have a friendly staff, good customer service (phone) and when it came to financing my car they could not be beat. Thanks Priority One!

If there can be a "0" start option that would be my option. I went to priority one credit union with the intent to refinance my truck with a lower the interest rate. After getting my credit score (700+) The interest rate I was offered was 2.4% by Ms. Steinburg. My previous rate was 3.22%. Ones i had signed the documents via email, a week later i saw in my account my interest rate was 4.20%. I spoke with the manager at the South LA branch and was told "sorry, there is nothing I can do about it now". Who would ever want to refinance for a higher interest rate ? I've sent multiple emails to cooperate and never have i received a response back.

It’s something fishy about this credit union! Myself and a couple of my co-workers have had fraud happen on our accounts and nothing is being done about it! It’s a inside job someone taking money out of people accounts at places people never been before and they want you to feel out a police report and wait 7 to 10 business days to get it back! How and why when someone is stealing money that people work hard for. When you filling out a police report isn’t someone suppose to INVESTIGATE what happen? People work hard day in and out for the money for someone inside Priority One to just take it with no problems! Someone NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND PUT IN JAIL! I hope something is done about this situation or there will be business lost 💯. Don’t just ignore what’s being done. Fix it. It happened to me Not once but TWICE! Someone is stealing money and it’s needs to be fixed ASAP!
