Great value course! I play this course just about every other week. I like the variation in holes. The par 5s can be reachable. The par 3s are not too long. I think the best part though is the condition and speed of the greens. For a public golf course, it has very well kept greens.

We were constantly harassed on the golf course by some young dude on a golf cart. Kept telling us we were going too slow and would wreak havoc on us if we took too long. Kept following us on the course. It was not a fun experience. Will not golf here again because of this harassment. Said we were holding up 4 groups and told our friends behind us we were holding up 20 groups. This place sucks. Cayla on the beverage cart however is absolutely amazing and she deserves a raise.

The guy named Steve needs to be fired immediately. He runs the driving range and lives next to it. I called and asked when the range would close and I was told at sunset. I get there at 6:40 and the range is closed while the sunset was at 8:20, what a joke. And if you have ever played the course you have 100% had Steve harass you for one thing or another. He is such a grumpy old man and for that reason I will never be going back to Dahlgreen.

Stopped to see what the course was all about. The "Head Fellow" told me how it worked, the membership fees, the green fees, and when you can play. Very kind and caring person. He said i should take a cart, load my clubs, and play a little out there, on the course, and that it would give me a better understanding of what the course was about. So i did. I loved it. The course is carved from a farm site/pasture i presume, and goes way back. The greens are true, not tricky, like some courses, the fairways are grass covered and very hittable, the rough is short, and the price is right. A great course with great people running and playing it. I will go back many more times.
