Not sure if DQ had brand standards for their franchises or not but this place isn't helping. This place has gotten soooo bad, which is unfortunate because they have a gold mine in Victoria. It's dirty, weeds and thistles growing around the building (almost looks abandoned), some days they don't serve food and they've screwed up my daughters blizzard order three times in a row. Oh, and most of the time it's drive through only. I think they don't want you to see what goes on inside.

I've never seen a place so dirty. Telcom box over cash register is covered in grime. While I was waiting at window for food, the kid helping me stuck his hand in his arm pit and then delivered my drinks and food.The food was cold and dry.

Food undercooked service was awful. One of the worst experiences with fast food I've ever had. Avoid at all costs

This place has bomb ice cream cakes and the staff is amazing. They can do almost anything on top of your cake! It’s also in a really great location and is super convenient stop. 10/10 would recommend.
