Been going here for a while, but not anymore. I have been lied to at this DMV. I asked if I could pay extra to expedite my title. I was told there was no such thing. The MNDPS website said differently. I asked to get collector plates and was told my vehicle wasn't old enough and then scolded on how I could drive my vehicle once I got them. Once again, the MNDPS web site says differently. The staff wears what looks like pajamas to work. Saw one gal walking around in slippers.

An easy in and out. You can tell if they're busy as you drive past. If there's a line of more than four or five people outside it's probably a half hour wait.

Short wait and quick service. On a Monday after lunch, only a few people in line and processing of an ID address change was quick. Overall took about 20 minutes.

Wait time was much less than other locations. Building is small so most of your waiting is outside. They have put up temporary shelter so that is helpful. Staff is knowledgeable but short on patience which is understandable with the number of people they see in a day. Make sure you have everything in order before you walk in to save everyone time!

Yes, They do allow walk-ins. It's a very small building so anticipate a longer wait. They only do vehicle registration and title transfers. They do sanitize between each guest.
If you had a title when you got your new plates they should have given it back if you had no title then you need to contact the seller and have them send you one
