Couple weeks ago I moved in, I should tell you that, it’s the worse customer service I ever have in my life. I wish I had a chance to give them zero star. The guys who came for fixing were nice but the managers are awful. They try to show them busy, won’t answer your calls, your voicemail, they can’t even listen to us. I know what is the customer service means and I gave the 5 star to my previous managers.

Great Experience moving in. Mario is excellent! He has a great attitude and stays on top of communication. The few hiccups that we had with facility issues he made sure were taken care of right away. Very nice breath of relief to have a management company be so personalized.
