I ordered boneless turkey breast with skin on. It arrived on time and completely frozen, as promised. It was very tasty and I had the satisfaction of knowing it was pasture-raised, organically fed, healthy turkey. That was worth the the slightly higher price I paid compared with other retailers' prices for organic meat. I would definitely recommend North Star Bison's turkey breast as clean, healthy meat you can depend on.

I made probably my best bone broth ever with these bones. The carcasses were very large and meaty. I added chicken feet and necks also. The packaging was very nicely done. I was able to keep half the order frozen for my next broth making day. I am very happy with my purchase and have recommended them to my friends.

I ordered Elk steaks and burgers. They arrived quickly and still frozen. The 1/3 lb burgers were great, no complaints. But the steaks, they were awesome! I love elk steaks and so does my wife. We were both very happy and we will be ordering more soon. I ordered a little bit just to try it. However, due to shipping costs, it appears to be more cost effective to order several items at once. I'll probably look at one of the package deals next to make it a better deal. Either way, I'll be a return customer!

Northstar Bison has quality meat unlike any I’ve experienced previously. My husband & I have tried the elk tip roast, bison tip roast, elk ribs, bison ribs, chicken breasts, bison bratwursts, chicken livers, bison soup bones, and ground bison. We haven’t disliked a single item. The taste is unmatched, each delivery has arrived quickly and well packaged/sealed, and we receive regular communications about delivery. No complaints here; we will certainly remain customers going forward.
