Worst service ever. Could not deliver a package that was shipped from NC 0n 6/30/22. Today is 7/30/22. Tracking said delivery was scheduled for 7/10/22. Still have not received it. No way to talk to a human. It could have been shipped directly from the post office in an inexpensive pay one price box and it would have been received in 3 days. How hard is it to get a package on a truck? Last seen on 7/16/22 (1.5 hours from my home). Said it departed the FedEx location. So where is it? Worst service ever. Don't use. What happened to FedEx? Used them exclusively. No more.

My package is at the smart post in Chino CA, which is only 100 miles from me. The estimated delivery date is Aug 4. Not sure why it needs to sit in Chino for 2 weeks. I’ll order the product on Amazon at this point and return the item when I get it Aug 4

I sent my package on April 1st and after 12 days they changed the delivery date 2 times. The worst thing that could have happened to me with respect to shipments. They are the worst! Still waiting 😡

Waiting for 2 packages that I haven't received. One was reported as Delivered last Saturday, but no evidence of any truck on the curve, nor driver and package ever reaching my front door. My cameras didn't capture anyone at the time it was "delivered" or any truck. Had to open a case and they're giving me a hard time.
