Moved here in 1994 so I’ve been here 24 years! Management is tough but easy to deal with if you respect the rules! Guards at the gate, especially Danny has been here forever and is a great guy! The biggest problem we have up here is people parking on the street! It’s a fire hazard and since we have a lot of elderly, we have visits from the fire Dept (911) frequently. It’s a really great area to live in!!! Nice breeze every afternoon up on the hill!!!

Very nice establishment for reasonable lot rates. Security is great. Area is well maintained by a super group of Park Employees. Very clean as well. 3 Tennis courts available. "Would be nice to see 1 of these courts converted to Basketball with same rules as Tennis" Has it's own privately owned Market with lots to offer at great prices within walking distance. "No Vehicle Needed" And great sandwiches. Pool, Hot Tub, Pool tables, Weight/Workout room updated, Library. Bathroom/Shower areas. Super Nice Convention Area, Putting Green. Great Management. Quiet and Peaceful. Full of wonderful People that you would want to have as your neighbor. The Guards at the main gate are super great.

This mobile home park is a large upscale community with tight security, helpful staff a huge swimming pool, it's own library, convince store, rec room with 4 pool tables and a host other activities. Great for new families and investors. Lot fees are reasonable for the amenities you get for residency. Neighbors are diverse and friendly as well.

I've had the opportunity to come here for work, my visit is limited, driving in is secure, not allowed in unless your name has been given to the gate guard. The place is always clean, streets are clear and all the units look well kept. Near industrial business so near by streets are full of giant trucks. The view is nice on a clear day coming out of the community,
