Just got off the phone with the city of Anaheim Hills in regards to Anaheim Public Utilities and how they did not pick up our trash for 3 days during December 2021. Specifically on these dates Dec 10, 14 & 17. I was told EVEN though our company paid $32.60 for each one of these 3 yard trash can dumps which comes to $97.80 that we are not authorized a discount yet and that it is going through city council and once they approve a discount they will tell us how much that will be. Say what … This was 2-1/2 months ago. So I replied let me get this straight… I paid you. You didn’t provide that service and you are not going to credit my bill for the no service. Her reply was that is correct. If you discount your bill we will stop service. You need to wait for an approved discount. What kind of messed up world is @anaheimpublicutilities living in? How dare you steal money from any business and not give them their hard earned money back instantly for not picking up our trash.

Wow, the absolute worst, most disorganized public utility company EVER. I came home after a 12 hour day with 2 kids under 6 to no running water in the house. After finally discovering that the city had shut off our water, I called and spoke to the RUDEST "customer service" rep I have ever spoken to. Scott is a nightmare. I can't believe they've put him in charge of speaking to people. He kept telling me that we were "on the bad list," literally his words, and that they had shut off our water for non-payment. Meanwhile, I have proof that the payment was made 3 weeks ago. They didn't bother sending any type of warning of interruption of service. No phone call, e-mail, text, letter, nothing. So after he raised his voice to me and spoke over me at every turn my husband got on the phone and was somehow able to get a hold of a decent human being on the phone who sent someone out to turn the water back on within the hour. So yes, Scott, there WAS something you could do, you just chose to be an awful person instead. Someone please get Scott the proper training he needs to speak to people in a respectful manner. I tried calling today to complain about last night's disaster of an evening and see why no one bothered to contact us if they had had an issue with our payment, but mysteriously, the line keeps disconnecting after putting me on hold for several minutes each time. Just the WORST.

Call me ill go do it
I am not sure they would have to call Anaheim medicine electric company to find out pretty sure it's possible but don't quote me on that when in doubt check with the electric company because it is a circuit breaker that you're dealing with the Transformer you don't want to get yourself electrocuted
You need to call them to pick up ,and they have a program if is a refrigerator you have some money back check if they still have the benefit
