It has many lots available at any time, and most of all it’s free. Also it's been clean and safe place, however I've seen frequent vandalism almost happening every other week recently. All of sudden this place is occupied by some teenagers and homeless ppl smoking weed and drinking alcohols but it is out of control.

No fee on any level in Fullerton Station parking facility.

Is parking free in this garage if you are taking the train?

I parked there and as it turns out, yes parking is free if you use the train station but you MUST park on the top level!
