LOVE THE LIBRARY! Awesome! but the timings during covid are just wrong! its like 10-12 people are working and 4-6 are when public classes, clubs, ect are active,I mean what do you need 6 hours in between for?? Otherwise I love going there.

A very nice library to study in. Lots of natural light. Decent tables to work at. And the people are pretty quiet (which is good because its a library. I will be back as I continue my education.

Good environment. But kind of cold in side. The temperature is set tooooo low. I came a couple times in the summer, when more than 100 degrees outside, I have to wear a coat inside the library otherwise I cannot stand more than one hour. It is October now, still too cold inside. I feel I may get sick after stay too long. It is not very environmental friendly; people are not comfortable.. Hope they understand we are not a bunch of vegetables need to stay in a cold environment to stay fresh.

One of the many great community benefits the Friends of the Dublin Library, a non-profit organization made up of local library-loving volunteers, offers is their three times per year Book Sales at the Dublin Library (March, September and December). It's a great sale to help benefit and enhance the Dublin library. Definitely go if you love to read, listen to music or books or watch DVDs - children's, fiction, romance, mystery, health, foreign language, text books, gardening, cookbooks, science, art, etc. - CDs and DVDs, and audio books. You will find something to buy! On the 2nd day of the March Sale (Sunday), they have a "$4 Bag Day Special." (As of March 2017). This allows you to fill up a grocery shopping bag for just $4. That day they have the Children's Books marked 50% off and CDs and DVDs at only 50 cents each! Families love to come to these Friends of the Dublin Library Sales to stock up on their reading, music and DVD watching. It was my first time to this type of Book Sale. I bought a $4 Bag and also filled up my reusable shopping bag full of Children's books and 9 CDs (classic rock, children's music, jazz, classical) for only $19! In the Library next entrance, Friends of the Dublin Library has an area to browse and pay with either cash or check into a metal donation box throughout the year during Library hours. I scored on very good condition children's books at 50 cents each!
