I had a wonderful experience at the West coast dental in Pico Rivera. Most of the dental assistant's were very kind, friendly and helpful! Two that stuck out to me was Omar and Alyssa. They both made me enjoy the visit to the dentist! Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.😁

Everytime I go I always wait about 2 hours only to get a room its usually another hour to be seen by the doctor. Today as soon as I got there I noticed the lobby was full, I asked if it will take longer than an hour or 2 to be seen I don't mind changing my appointment for another day. They assured me it will take no longer than about 30 minutes and there was only one patient ahead of me, so I waited. After 40 minutes and two patients later I asked again about the wait time. They again assured me it will be soon because again only one patient ahead of me. An hour later and four patients including a walk in are called in before me, I asked again about wait time this time they told me 3 patients ahead of me and I will be seen in about another hour. I asked multiple times about wait times and queue as to not waste my time and theirs. I didn't mind changing my appointment as I had told them as soon as I walked in. Horrible service.

This place is the worst. The front desk staff hands down. They were very nice and polite. On the other hand Dr. Martinez 😬 was so rude, aggressive and inconsiderate when she was attending my husband. He was like "What kind of place is this, were Dentist have attitudes with patients. We will never come here again. The wait is Ridiculous too! Do not take your kids here either. Service SUCKS!!!

My visit went pretty great! I was called in after 15 minutes of waiting and the dental assistant (Alyssa) took my x-rays. She also did the cleaning & she was very gentle! She explained what she was doing at all times. I was hesitant because of the reviews, but I recommend checking this place out. I’m coming back again to this location to get braces.
