We did an intro aerial class and had the BEST time! Charisma was so kind and patient and helpful. The class was truly accessible to all bodies and skill levels and made you feel confident, even in skills that seem super complex! Try the Buddha pose :) I would highly recommend to any and everyone in the Minneapolis area!

I love this studio! They offer a variety of classes: fitness, dance, pole, aerial, Lyra, the list goes on! If you're on the fence, definitely hop on over to this side and do it. It's all worth it; trust yourself. The instructors are amazing, it's a community, almost like another family. We're growing together💚

I've been to Knockout a handful of times and enjoyed every class I've taken. Their instructors will challenge you to push your own boundaries, but will do so with great emphasis on safety and plenty of encouragement. Every teacher I've had has also provided alt. combos if they notice something is too difficult for you, and you're never made to feel you don't belong.

I love the atmosphere, very clean and full of energy. I love how when I came in for my first time, there were several other girls that was their first as well. I don't feel judged, I can be myself and do whatever I feel on the pole. When the instructor teaches tricks, she does it slowly and make sure we practice both sides of the pole so our body gets an equal workout. I love it here! The ONLY negative thing is that its 30 minutes away from my house, but I love it so much I travel so far instead of two other pole studios near by.

This place is great for anyone at any size and any level. Very judgement free zone, awesome community
Just a member here - I have taken classes with other students ranging from 18-mid 60s. Never let an age discourage you! From my experience I think any conditioning classes like Pole Barre, Booty Barre, etc. would be great or any beginner workshops! The workshops would help breakdown new moves along with build on from the new moves, and you will be in classes with other people that are new/unfamiliar which will take away anxiety of starting something new. That's my personal opinion, and also how I started. I hope you stop in! :)

Yes - Knockout Bodies moved to a new location in August. The website is down for maintenance but you can view the class schedule by downloading the app or visiting https://knockoutbodies.pike13.com
It is 20 per class but you can buy punch cards or memberships. I think a 4 week intro session is around 80.00
