I've gone here a few times and the wait time is super fast. My experience has only been to ship some packages or buy stamps. But it's always been very efficient for me. My time spent inside was a total of :05 minutes.

Worst experience ever!!! They are extremely rude and unhelpful. The employee that was suppose to new handling my claim literally ignored me when i was trying to talk to him and called me untrustworthy. That his system is trustworthy so i might be lying about the package they can’t find. They said My package was delivered on Monday yeah I receive an email on Wednesday telling me it’s going to be delivered on Thursday makes no sense and they can’t seem to explain it to me either.

I've been using the Monterey USPS location for 5 years. There was not a single time when the employees were not professional, courteous and efficient. I especially would like to compliment Steve, who assisted me throughout these years with multiple shipments, passport preps, money orders.. you name it. Steve is competent, professional and fast. Thank you!
