Don't get me wrong, food is amazing but can use better sanitary. Seen the kitchen lady use the same white with black stains towel to wipe the cutting board and throw any particles on the towel into the trash and have seen towel touch trash bin. Same towel is used to clean to cut pork, ducks & beef. Also workers are eating their food with gloves on, uses same gloves to make and serve bah mi..

Deli food should be ready by the time they open. The only thing ready was a few ducks, intestines', some stir fry, steam buns, spring rolls and egg roll. There was lots of people waiting around for the roast pork.

The big sign outside says Ha Tien in bold green and neon, hard to miss. The store is located in one of the most beautiful buildings on University Avenue, a striking Modernist design with flowing streamlined curves and lines outside and repeated inside. The market itself is very well stocked, clean and bright and well ordered. Excellent range and variety of foods, prepared dishes available, hot and fresh. You really deserve a visit!
