Como Park Golf Course has some interesting holes and could be fun to play. It has a lot of up and down and quite a bit of water. But this course is in such poor condition, I would suggest you seek another course. If you play it, be careful about your tee selection. We selected tees with a total distance normally comfortable for us. But we found a couple of holes that were so long, we could not possibly reach in regulation.

I nice golf city's. The greens are murder. Hit short and putt up hill. I had a chance for birdie on 18 and three putted. Ahhhh

I'm gonna give this course 4 stars because I had a fun time & the staff was friendly. The cart girl came by twice which was nice, wish she came by a 3rd time on the back 9 bc there was no water anywhere. Courses should have water in the coolers but whatever not a huge deal. The course itself is kind of crammed together. kept worrying about hitting the next group over bc there is a lot of blind shots & hills. If you don't have someone helping track your shots & carts to roll around it could be impossible to find your ball a lot of times. an errant drive left over a huge hill past trees could settle on a random tee box & the shot isn't even that far off but the holes are just too close together. kinda dangerous tbh. Overall tho I had fun, joined with a 3some & we were all similar skill hackers. I'd go back here jus to see if I can beat my score, but not my favorite course. Did have some fun holes tho. greens are tough to read

Well this visit was in the winter, for cross country skiing so I can't speak for how well the greens are but the land to ski on is fantastic! Two simple loops which is about two miles in total. Enough light pollution that you don't need a head lamp even if you're on the non lit trails at night. I've head they even groom the trails but I haven't experienced that yet as this year , 2018, they closed early do to tree trimming on the course. Will look forward to it again next year!

Ash trees are the only ones going down. It's because of the emerald ash borer. Other trees will be planted eventually to replace them.

We welcome dogs on our deck, but not on the golf course when we are open for play. There are many dogs roaming the course now while the golf course is closed - we just ask that you please pick up after the dog and dispose properly.
