Dislocation is not reliable, pretty often is closed without Prior Notice . Today for example on their website it shows that they’re open but when you walk into the store it is closed. For us to live in the community and rely on the service it is an inconvenience because we waste time to come over here just to find out it is closed or that they are close for an extended lunch. I give them this, when it is open the service is good, they are friendly.

It is 8:58am and the clerk is not here even though the doors are open. Opening time says 8:30am

Line goes outside and no parking spots available. Only one person attending and turns out its the manager. When asked to get some help she replied 'its fine right now'. People in line outside in the sun. I will drive farther if I have to but not here.

My package was sitting at this location with an online status of "in transit" for two weeks, it it would probably still be there if I hadn't called USPS customer service and file a missing package report. Not to mention when I finally received the package it had been opened and some of my stuff was missing out of it, I could tell that it had been tampered with because of the way they taped it shut. I added a photo. I submitted a lost item report with no success. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. I'm using fedex or ups next time.
