I absolutely LOVED this venue!!! My husband and I initially wanted to get married in May of 2021 but because of covid we decided to postpone until November of 2021. The venue was extremely accommodating to this. No hassle or issues with them. Working with Diane was an absolute blast! She is very responsive and one the the sweetest people I've gotten to work with while planning my wedding. I must have asked her a million questions and she answered every one. The venue itself is gorgeous. I myself attended APU (which is across the street from the venue) for 4 years and I never even knew the place existed! It's as gorgeous as the photos. It really is like stepping in to another world when you enter the property. The bridal suite is gorgeous and roomy. The staircase is lovely. The staff are very friendly and nice. The ceremony area has lots of shade provided by a few large trees. The reception hall is roomy and while still being comfortable and roomy. (we had just under 100 guests). The food was very good as well for the reception. My husband and I were planning and paying for our wedding ourselves and we were worried we wouldn't be able to find a place that we liked within our budget. I was beyond pleasantly surprised with this place. It is very reasonably priced and it comes with many perks :). I cannot say how happy I am that we found this place! Not only was the house and reception hall beautiful, but also the grounds. The only thing you probably have to be ok with is the color yellow :D. Love LOVE LOVE!

There is too much to say about this venue! It's been 2 years to this day and I STILL receive so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was!! The food was spot on! The chicken was flavorful and juicy, the Tri-tip was so yummy, I loved the sauce they used! From providing the ceremony, next door reception, providing the food and even the house to get ready in! I have to live it 100 percent on everything! Diane and her team were amazing, always going above and beyond to meet our needs and have everything perfect! THANK YOU truly from the bottom of our hearts for making our fairytale wedding a dream come true! ❤

Outstanding venue overall! My wife and I had an amazing experience with Lindley-Scott House for our wedding. Diane, George, Scott, and Kaitlyn were a pleasure to work with. Diane was upfront about everything from the start and very helpful in what we wanted. As for George, Scott, and Kaitlyn, they were always attentive towards our needs during the venue even if we didn’t need anything. The location was perfect as it was on a large property which looked clean and elegant with their Victorian style home. As for food, it was excellent. They do not offer tastings which left me skeptical but they did not disappoint. My wife’s Salmon was cooked to perfection but my Tri-tip was a little over done as I asked for medium (get it medium rare) but their sauce with it was exquisite. The pear salad was fresh and crisp. Potatoes au gratin was mouth watering along with my flavorful asparagus. Dinner came out a little slow but that gave us some time to eat and get some quick photos with guest. They made sure everyone had a hot fresh meal. Many guest had complemented the food. Staff was very attentive in filling drinks and always presented service with a smile. For the space, it was a stretch since we were at a little under 200 guest which is the capacity but it still worked out. Everything made it more intimate. Only con I have is parking for guest as it is limited inside which guest are open to park on the street. Hiring a valet would have helped. To sum it all up, we looked at multiple venues a year and a half before we got married and booked it with Diane since dates were filling up fast. We trusted her with her presentation on what she had to offer and she delivered. They are very reputable as they have many awards from Weddingwire and The Knot. Diane is genuine and sweet as she has a humorous personality which helped sell me to go with their venue 😁. Very professional and accommodating as long as it is within the limitations of your needs. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a competitive cost venue, beautiful location, and love tasty food. I have no regrets as my wife and I had the best time ever with our family and friends. Many thanks to everyone at Lindley-Scott House for making our best day a lasting memory!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception here. The wedding venue is gorgeous and the food is amazing. We receive tons of compliments on how pretty the venue is. The best part about this venue is, Diane (the coordinator). Diane is very straight forward and explains all the details and fees upfront.. no surprises, no hidden cost. With her help, our wedding day went very smoothly. In addition, staffs were very professional and friendly. Our wedding day couldn't be any more perfect!
