The front-end staff, triage staff, and physician I encountered were friendly and efficient. I was given a two-hour wait time and was seen within 45 minutes. I know that is not always the case, but if you arrive with patience, and keep in mind that the care providers are doing their best to take care of each patient who enters urgent care to the quickest of their abilities, I think you'll have a pleasant experience. I was happy with my encounter and will return for any urgent care needs.

I came in today going into anaphylactic shock. The lady at the front desk told me to put a mask on. I told her I already couldn’t breathe because my throat was closing and her response was to put a mask on and take a seat. Need I go further? I’m in the waiting room hoping I don’t die. Needless to say, go elsewhere.

The front desk make you regret coming to this facility, I been using this place for about 6 years and every year it’s just get worse. Front desk duty is to make the visit fast not make you come to and from the chair every couple min because they forget something. Not once or twice , 3 times and I can barely walk . To be honest emergency room might be longer but definitely more efficient.

I have been here and had negative experiences multiple times with the doctors not listening through all of my symptoms and misdiagnosing me or ordering uneccesary tests. Today I went after testing positive on an at home covid test that specified that I should see a doctor if I received a positive result. The receptionist chastised me for not quarantining and asked why I wasn't at home. Only after I conveyed that I needed to have my inhaler refilled because I was having trouble breathing did she decide to help me. I'm done giving this place any second chances. Avoid it at all costs.
