I'm in the Central Recovery Program, I'm comfortable here. The Residents are respectful, and the Staff is very personable, Professional, kind, and understanding! Thank you for having me!

I really liked this place I've been hear about 3 months and now I feel uncomfortable due to staff and other residents that love to talk about others and always judge others they talk about other employees and other residents .. I have came across a problem that has leaked out to the streets. They can help out more because it seems like it's a very good place to be or dangerous place to walk out of if you have upset someone or if a staff member has something against you. I want to stay but hopefully I will be able to have my case manager and the head of SECURITY Big Mac help me put all this drama I'm going thru stop . By no means I'm I perfect but I feel that my privacy and safety have been put in a grinder .. I will pray for myself and others that live here.

1. No toilet paper in the bathroom. 2. No soap in the bathroom. 3. Unclear information about what stairs are acceptable to use. 4. Constantly interrupt when trying to explain medical information. 5. Denial of medications because they are too busy. 6. Denial of food because of confusion as to which stairs to use. 7. Security and staff treat clients like animals . 8. Lying to clients about the service's that they don't provide. 9. Was never given a pillow. 10. People being stabbed in the bathroom. 11. Disgusting unclean public bathroom 12. Smells like feces constantly. 13. Elevator breaks down all the time and people are stuck in the elevator for hours. 14. Staff obviously doesn't care about their jobs because if they did they would not treat people this way. The pictures below are the food that I was served and I got really really sick with diarrhea and with no toilet paper it made things unbelievable. This place is hell on earth.

Was trying to see was my brother there.whom I have not seen in years. Was trying to inform him of a love one that's passed on. But the lady at the desk said no way i can see him. That's new policy for all the mission she tells me. So how could i reach a love one there.
No it’s definitely a place with a lot of ex convicts but also a lot of people who want to help those ex convicts as they see the good in them and in turn that helps the community. You get what you put into this place. The security has a mindstate similar to DaeDae when he told Craig “top flight security Of the world, not the city, but the world!”. Like anywhere else. Your choices really decide wether you stay or not.
When you stay there it takes a little while to get a pass but it's first come first serve
