I went to this location many many times and order the same drink EVERY time since it is 2 blocks away from my house, I always order Triple iced expresso with 3 pumps of mocha sauce and always kindly asking them to shake the drink up before putting it in a venti cup, they always did it for me. Again, this time I was politely asking the barista to shake the drink up, she was kind of upset and told me that she would have to charge me extra if she shake the drink up. Really?? All she has to do was to pour the drink in a shaker bottle and shake it up for 3 seconds, extra charge? I have never encounter this before, ridiculous.

*EDIT FOR CLARIFICATION* - The name of this beverage is "cosmo and wanda" - easily searched on Google:) The workers there were kind enough to make a special drink for me! I've never had a poor experience at this Starbucks. Highly recommend them. There is no drive thru, but they are generally not very busy. Even when they are a bit, the people that work there do a really great job 👏

Stopped to get a tall white chocolate mocha and loved this location. Beautiful fountain outside. Lots of options for food, a nice nail salon and a spa. Just a fun location overall. Drink was made fast, employees were friendly, establishment was clean. No complaints!
