Socal Edison supposedly set me up for autopay 2 times and assured me the issue was fixed as the first time the set up autopay for my balance it was cancelled for no reason. Second time auto pay was cancelled after 1st payment. After being transfered to 3 different people and then telling me to call the bank and then the bank telling me they cant do anything and to call Socal edison back I spoke with someone who came to the conclusion that there employees were never suppose to set me up with autopay even though they did 2 times and now I was sent to collections and they had nothing more to say then I have no idea why they set that up it should have never been set up. I told them they need to train there employees better and he said oh dont worry we Noted the people that did this to your account but there is nothing they can do besides that. I wish 0 stars was an option because no one there knows what they are doing.

They have the worst customer service ever. I had to call them after they send a letter stating my check had bounced. Which check didn’t even go through my bank, to lazy to put it through,,, I had my Chase bank write a letter stating that that check for 200. Dollars never came through the bank.. After waiting on the phone for 2 hours finally someone answers with no knowledge of the problem,, Not the first time I’ve had several times problems with their payments method…

was enrolled in summer discount program. de enrolled myself 6/27. (summer discount cuts off your AC on a rotating basis) now, today, 8/5, the AC is still disabled, comes on when the computer says OKAY. no access to SCE via email. telephone only. they don't answer the phone. the CA PUC needs to drill down at SCE. needs attention.
