Went there, waited patiently in line. Knew exactly what I wanted before I went in. Customer ahead of me was short 10$ and credit card wasn’t working. They let him get money from the ATM. Not a problem. As he’s struggling at the ATM, the budtender serves the two people in line behind me. Totally skipped me because they are “regulars”. I’m sorry, but that’s a terrible practice . What’s the point of a line? I waited for 10 minutes while the people behind me got their product. I brought this up to the “lead” and he was rude and insincerely apologized. After I told him that I thought it was a bad practice and they should offer me some sort of kick back, he threatened to put me on their banned list. For what? Speaking my mind about their bad business practice. Terrible experience. Won’t be going back.
