Over the years I've been to multiple crossfit gyms but my experience with Northstrong was the best I've ever had. They are all really awesome and experienced people. The coaches motivated me in the most grueling workouts. Over the time I was there, I picked up something different from every coach I trained with. They all were really nice to talk to and extremely friendly. Their approach called "The Level Method" worked extremely well for me and I saw significant improvements in my strength and overall body composition. Their Post Covids precautions were also top notch. I strongly recommend joining this gym long term.

Even though I consider myself to be a reasonably active and athletic person, I was a little nervous to start CrossFit because it has a reputation for being pretty intense. From the start of my intro session, through the On Ramp process, and in class, I have felt welcomed and supported by the coaches and other North Strong members. The workouts are challenging and fun. There's something different every time you come in. Everyone is friendly, enthusiastic, and happy to be at the gym. The coaches are invested in making sure you learn each movement properly and safety. The Level Method they use is great for tracking and measuring your strength and progress. I'm really excited to continue getting stronger and more athletic with this awesome group of people.
