Brutally honest.. they roasted me about my serviceable engine air filter. The fact they mentioned that as an issue is puzzling but understandable and how they handled my tension is remarkable.. also they mentioned everything wrong with my mom's minivan almost 4k in repairs. But with proof which is perfect. Although the downside is 50 bucks as a AAA MEMBER discount... they said that's AAA for ya.. I'm like No kidding they totalled out my car.. they agreed.

I can say from experience that C&D's always gives me an accurate estimate and they stick to what they quoted. If additional work is needed, they communicate well. They also photograph the parts they repair/replace so that you can see what was wrong and why you had to pay X amount of dollars. That's vital to me, personally. There's not much bad, if anything, that I can say about this shop! They're the best!!

Hi Richard, The service on your BMW is more than just an oil change. For the proper service which includes a full vehicle health check of all onboard computer controlled systems, battery test, brake inspection and measurement, a measurement of the brake fluid boiling point, coolant mix for freeze level, a recall check with NHTSA and when we do change the oil, we're using the practiced outlined in BMW service information bulletin #SIB11 02 20 as well.
