Terrible staff, singularly inaccessible space (no chairs for most tables; had to be logged in to computers to sit at their small computer lab; meeting rooms were highly regulated with high barriers to entry despite very few people in the space). I felt alienated throughout my experience - largely a function of the singularly unapproachable, judgmental and unfriendly staff members (two of them at the front desk).

The libraries are super. There's too many DVDs to ever watch in a lifetime. They can have the media you wish to enjoy by asking for it to be delivered to a branch close to you. No waiting for computers and staff can help if you ask. Ok place for kids but they need to be watched at the SM Blvd branch. Overall 5out of 5 for all but 2 sites. But kids are separated from the adults and security is onsite.

Very beautiful library with a good selection and good space to work. Because it is small it does get a bit noisy, but booking a study room isn't difficult if you really need quiet.

I was doing a research project for school when was yelled at by a complete stranger for ACCIDENTALLY knocking his backpack down. My friends and I were on two different sides of the computer lab, so when I was done, I walked over to my friend on the other side. There was enough space for one to pass, but I continued to say "excuse me". I pass this man with a backpack on the back of the chair. As I passed, I said "excuse me" but the backpack fell. I said sorry, but he took off his earphones and then began calling me names. He then yelled at my friend when she also passed him. He called us awful names and completely disrespected us. The librarian Julio then asked us what happened, and after telling our story, he talked to the rude man. Julio then came back and said it was our fault that we were yelled at because standing in the computer lab is against company policy; even though that wasn't the case. We tried to explain to him that we were passing through, not standing, but he said " if you don't like it, you can leave". Never going back.

Yes, off of Pico there is a lot in front of the south side of the park and if you go around the corner on Virginia blvd (turn on Virginia from 21st st.) there is parking behind the library on the south side of the park.
