Most of the time they're pretty good about getting you in and out. Yes, there's an exception to that once in a while. And there's also an exception to how well they load your product. It may look good with all the airbags. But that doesn't mean much if they load it in tight to each other.

I went there to pick up a dry load and I was in and out loaded in less than 2 hrs. Also, it looks like they are kind of strict with appointments. They will only let you check in one hour before your appointment time, they don't care if you get there 5 hrs. before your appointment time, they will make you wait. but, once You get a dock door, the loading process is very fast. Thank You Coca Cola for the great service when it comes to loading trucks.

Security guards are okay. The main problem this place has is not having enough room to back up to a dock.
