The hair stylist didn't have any experience with trendy hair cuts. She asked if I wanted to re schedule my appointment. Was she going to suddenly aquire the knowledge and test it on me. Don't think so. Would give minus 5 stars if I could. Please hire experienced workers or you will not be in business much longer.

Highly recommend Guillermo Aguilar if you are searching for a new stylist! I saw him today for the first time, I have tons of different box color in, and I didn’t want any of them as my new color. He completely transformed my hair! Definitely worth the two hour trip.

Horrible customer service employees and management need training all over again. Came in to pick up an order i driver 55 minutes for because it was the only location that had the item and they refused to give me my order because I didn’t have my physical id with me but have a picture of my id front and back they really thought I was trying to scam them out of some $12 press on nails I needed for an event… lmfao employees needs to get new training come to my job I’ll train you guys better
