Joe who works here is knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Anyone who thinks this place is a rip off or too expensive is not familiar with high quality supplements. The products Smiths offers are organic or will little to no fillers. Smiths is for people who are serious about their health and investing in high quality products. No cheap tight wads or quick fixers need apply. You get what you pay for. If you want cheap supplements cut with rice flour and gelatin go get your shakes and supps from wal mart and target.

I really love and appreciate this gem of a store in Fontana. For years I have gone there to get my nutritional foods and supplements, and everytime I go I get great pesonal warmth and great knowledge. I miss small but personable neighborhood stores and I am glad Joe is there to help me. I am diabetic, and today I tried to buy some natural snacks that contain sugar, thinking its ok since they are natural. But joe reminded me that I should stay away from sugar period. Natural snacks or not for people with diabetes. So even at the expense of making a sale, joe has your best intention, and this u dont necessarily find everywhere. I try to support local businesses in general but this store is top notch.

Joe, the owner of Smiths, gives personal service. He is always so informative and helpful. I learn more from him than when I go to the ''big'' health food stores. Dolores
