Took my car in to get the alignment done. They gave me my car back with the alignment worst then it had been. Even told me after "now the steering wheel doesn't center but if you don't like it you can bring it back in and we can fix it..." Why give someone thier car back if you ruined thier alignment and need to fix it still?? Save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere else please for the love of god unless you enjoy a place that will waste your time and reverse repair your car.

Andrew and his team treated me so well (and patiently) during a very stressful situation with my car. I always knew the status of my car and the expected timeline of parts delivery. It was a long wait and they saw the process through from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I hate being a Karen. I was a loyal Firestone customer for years. Sadly I have been soured. Original issue - I was experiencing shaking in the rear of the vehicle when braking on a downward slope. Specifically requested this issue be addressed along with my usual maintenance. Paid hundreds more than the dealer for brake service, and they only replaced half of the brakes they were supposed to. When I took my car to the dealer a couple months later to have them diagnose the same issue, they were stunned. My REAR brake pads were so worn that it had been dangerous for me to drive on them for weeks. Firestone also never exchanged my brake fluid. Dealer said it looked like it had been a couple of years since my brake fluid was changed. Firestone happily took my money and sent me out the door several times saying the issues were fixed. Oh yeah - PATRICK WILL RIP YOU OFF, and then HANG UP ON YOU when you call to complain about the lack of work done. Complete rip-off and I am so disappointed.

On a Sunday afternoon we had noticed one of our tires had a bulge in the sidewall after recently hitting a large pothole. We needed a replacement quickly as its was not safe to drive at that point. I called around to several tire shops in the area to see if they take walk ins. No one in the area was open except Firestone. When I had called at about 4 pm I set an appointment from Monday morning, about 10 minutes later we had decided to just drop it off in evening to make it easier to get it in for morning service. When we arrived at about 4:15 Patrick and Andrew went through the tire options with me. The only set that would really work were at another location. Patrick left to go get them and we went home with the estimated time of pick up Monday before noon. It was Sunday evening, I'm sure like everywhere they were short staffed, tired and wanted to go home since they close at 5pm. We totally understand this and were fine with the wait and finding a way back Monday to get it. About an hour later around 5:30 we get a call that they had got the tires and changed them super quick and then waited another 15 minutes for us to come pick it up. This was absolutely AWESOME customer service from Andrew, Patrick and the rest of the techs! I have taken my cars here for service many times over the years and will continue to do so for many more to come! We have never had any complaints about this Firestone location or the staff. Thank you again guys! You are awesome! Highly recommend!
