The food is mediocre at best when prepared properly. I knew this when I came in to this location, but I was kinda in the mood for a bottom of the barrel, trash quality sandwich. However, the staff here is the problem, not the garbage cuisine. Garbage cuisine I can deal with, but bad customer service is unacceptable. If you want to be bad at customer service, your food needs to be much better. You can’t have bad food and bad service, stick to the bad food with good service, that’s your lane. Get your service a million times better and you will achieve full mediocrity like your founders wished for

This is the third time in a row that they forgot to put ranch in my turkey bacon ranch. This time I caught it and sent the sandwich back because I remembered going through this twice before and leaving the restaurant before realizing. Accuracy matters.

Awesome experience! Unfortunately lost our receipt so I couldn't do the survey online. Star was amazing! So helpful and kind. My mom has arthritis and moves very slowly. Star helped us get into the restaurant by holding my mom's hand. She took our order at the table and brought it right out to us. Never had service like that before. Food was delicious! Will definitely be back.

So we ordered some subs from here everything looked decent until I open my sub . Now I don’t know if someone special works there or if no one knows how to read a ticket but when you’re missing in whole adjustment on a sub that was supposed to have no ham with banana peppers and then trying to cover it up with the bacon. I ended up with extra ham sub sandwich to me this was the worst sandwich experience I’ve ever had . My suggestion is to make sure you watch them make your order because if you order it out it seems like they don’t care.
