The worst service order!! On a Sunday night at 10:15pm we had pulled up to the store, a person began to take the order when all of the sudden it went silent we sat in line for a good 10 minutes with no answer. I pulled up to the window and saw a crew of 4 people hiding in the back not taking order but the open sign on. They didn’t not consider we had been out there and continued to ignore their customers! Horrible service!

The ice cream still good but just wish they had a responsible adult supervising what all those kids there are doing, there is like 6 or 7 youngsters working there and only one of them knows what she's doing, the other 5 or 6 have no clue and you can tell by their attitude that they don't want to be there because they put zero effort on what they are doing, we were there waiting for our order and they forgot about it, some other customers came in, order and left with their stuff and no body care about ours, after minutes waiting finally the one person that actually was working and paying attention to what was happening came and give us our order, sometimes this type of things are the ones that make you don't want to go back to a business like that, and the tables and floors can use a little cleaning because they are very dirty, anyways maybe they just need some guidance and some more training, who knows.....

Live close to this DQ, and every single time I come here it's a major let down. They stop serving warm food at 8. What I order is never up to par, they give you barely any toppings or the wrong ones altogether. Definitely not going back here anymore.
