The worst! Waited over 2 hrs for sandwiches, very expensive sandwiches I might add, without even an explanation. Contacted customer service and was told "as a goodwill gesture we will give you a door dash credit for 4 dollars". Informed them I would like that as a refund because this is my last straw with DD. They refused and stated they could only give credits. Doesn't seem legal to me. Asked for a manager and of course it went to limbo land with no one responding. I can't stand them. Please don't use them. They are awful and have the worst customer service. They don't pay their drivers right and treat their customers like garbage

We have/had been loyal DD customers for years. We had an order that was 45 min late and then cancelled. The options were deliver the cold food even later or refund. I asked for compensation for my wait time against the service fee and /or tip. The customer service agent hung up on me. I used the app to try and get more help. I was passed along through 5 different service people before Cristian (the first service person I was provided) ended the chat without addressing me. Terrible customer service. I cancelled my account and will use other services for food delivery going forward.

Wow. We just moved to Denver and will stop using DoorDash while here. When we lived in Texas, we loved it. The drivers were great and we would end up giving an extra tip after delivery. However, every time we've used them in the past couple of weeks since we moved to Denver, the drivers have been terrible. I had one person get angry with me during a chat because she couldn't find coffee pods. And tonight, the Dasher left our dinner at the wrong place out of spite. We had the correct address, which can be easily seen from the street. It's not even a hard walk. He just didn't want to leave it at our door, and then when I said something about it to him, he began cursing me and harassing me. We were out of food and I have a daughter with high needs and so we couldn't go out to the store. We'll just make sure to stock up now that we know about these blizzards. Anyway, I won't be using DoorDash anymore. He complained about the tip, as though that was the excuse. It was a small order, and we used the suggested tip amount. Usually, we would tip more after an order has come through. I can respect that DoorDash wants to ensure the drivers get at least some tip, but the drivers should also recognize that tips generally come after a service has been provided. I'd also like to add that I have had nothing but positive experiences with customer service. This is entirely a driver issue. It appears the company itself does not pay well; the tips are suggested to the customer, and the driver takes their anger out on the customer. Many customers have reasons and needs besides, "just being lazy," for ordering from these places. It's pretty discriminatory to make assumptions on customers. I feel that the drivers are practicing harassment and discrimination. This is something the company needs to address.

Ordered from DoorDash and after waiting past the stated delivery time, I was notified the driver cancelled my order. DoorDash did not refund me but offered a credit. I tried to use the credit on another order and the driver stated he couldn't find my house (very clearly marked) and never delivered the food. DoorDash only offered a partial credit. I have no problems with other delivery services delivering to my house but DoorDash drivers never been able to get it right. Furthermore, DoorDash never gives my money back but offers partial credit. Sick of this run around and will never use them again.

Just canceled
You can google door dash customer service. I'm not sure of the number but they are usually very helpful.
You will have to call doordash customer service and file a complaint with them. I dont think they will be able to ban it from all high schools but if you get need the right authority backing you.
Yea I would call them, and you definitely make way more than min wage if you work the right areas at the right times.
Maybe they changed there policies, when I did mine it was one or the other, that is pretty dumbexactly!
It only takes a few days, but if you do it at the office they will give you everything right then
You can buy them from their office anytime during business hours
there is no phone number or email link on their web site. just an address. doesn't help when your 4 hrs away.
