This bank can be busy but with staffing and covid challenges facing everyone that is understandable. I make deposits at this location a few times a week and Natasha at this location made my morning work helping with me a deposit when I didn't have all my ducks in a row but went out of her way to help. Much appreciated

Worst service ever. They take an extremely long time to get to you. Twice I’ve waited an hour in line. There has been 1 teller at the counters with a million people in line. There are 3-4 people around doing nothing, in the back printing or on the side having a conversation. They take no pride in customer service. Atleast someone should get off the shop floor and go and assist customers on the counters. Stop giving people generic replies on Google it’s actually ridiculous. Atleast provide a proper answer here for your outrageous service. I added pictures to show 1 teller and the 2 ladies on the left side who were doing nothing. There were 2 more people in the back too. This is at 5.30pm. One of the last in line waiting since 4.30. I felt sorry for the security guy who was super nice. I bet he wanted to go home. I’m complaining to your higher authority.

I went today to deposit 2 different check through the drive threw with the teller named Lauren she was very slow and unprofessional she had me waiting more than 15 mins and she kept looking at my checks as if they were fake or suspicious. I asked her if there was a problem because of her face expressions. She talked back to me) that if I wanted my check back!? I said NO! I CAME TO DEPOSIT THEM!!! Then She called her manager some tall lady with platinum hair color that didn't bother to say hi or anything she was unprofessional too.. I'm sorry to have this review with Wells Fargo who I been banking with since 2006 I've never had a bad experience with this bank before! Maybe their the reason why this bank is always so slow and have cars like crazy waiting for more than 30 mins in the drive threw.

They are normally very nice and I generally have a pleasurable experience but make sure you get your car in the drive-thru line before 5 p.m. . I was in line right before 5 p.m. and an employee still came outside and told me that they won't serve me because I was too far back. Even left work early to stop by.
