Never dealt with them before re: FWPD impound contractor. Office staff was very nice. I am disabled and walking with a cane. My truck was parked extremely close to the next vehicle and I couldn't get in the driver's door. I was offered no help, the yard man just stood there and watched as I had to climb in from the passenger side. Was extremely painful to get leg to bend in a way to get over the center console and I screamed in pain. Yeah still no help or even checking with me to see if I was okay.

Didn't answer their phone the first few times I called after calling over the span of 10 minutes when I was calling to see if they had my car. When I went to get my car they told me to wait outside as it was after hours and someone would "be by to let me in to pay and get my car". Someone was inside the whole hour I sat waiting for "the driver to get there" and they didn't answer their phones again when I called to figure out when I could get my car back after half an hour of waiting. Took an hour total for someone to finally get back to me. Paid nearly $500 for my car to sit in that lot for 3 hours. The people processing my information and payment were rude when I voiced concerns I had during the checkout process.

Very unprofessional company! I called to find out if my moms car got towed from her complex, which it is an upsetting situation to begin with, nicole the " supervisor", kept hanging up on me. I had not been yelling or being rude I was trying to find out who authorized the tow. She kept hanging up on me and then not answering, when I called back or refusing to pick up the phone call. How hard is it to answer a question so I can get my mother's car? I called over 15 times to get some questions answered but they won't answer. Which is time and money they will be charging my elderly mother for holding her vehicle. Absolutely worst customer service. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to do business as they are not professional at all. I will be contacting the better business bureau!

I got a flat tire today and my diesel mercedes does not have a spare, called AAA first and it was a 3-4 hr wait and 1stop picked me up within an hour. The guy was very friendly, broke down the cost, there was no surprises and got me and my car to the tire shop safely. He even parked the car for me with the truck it was really cool! All the negative reviews are from people who parked their cars somewhere that they shouldn’t have and the location calls the truck so don’t hesitate they are nice people and do a great job! Thank you 1stop!

I'm not to sure about their rates. My car was towed there after an accident and my insurance covered the charges. However, the ladies that work there are very nice and helpful.
They have a list you can pick up in the office for the cars that are going to auction every Thursday. Every Thursday a new list is generated. Viewing starts at 11am and auction is at 1pm.
